Consent
By sending a quote or contact form you agree to us using the details in it to answer your enquiry. Each form asks you to confirm this before it can be sent.
Information We Collect
The forms ask for your name, phone number, email address, postcode or Eircode and the service you are interested in. The contact page form also has an optional message box. We collect nothing else through the forms.
How We Use Your Information
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare your quote.
- Lawful basis: the information is needed to take the steps you ask for before any contract, such as replying, visiting and quoting (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- Delivery and storage: enquiries reach us by email through Digital Five, the company that runs this website, using the Postmark email service. Digital Five keeps a copy of each enquiry so that none goes missing, with access limited to its staff.
- Retention: enquiries are kept for 12 months after the job or enquiry is closed, then deleted.
- Spam protection: the forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to stop automated submissions.
Log Files
Like most websites, the hosting service records standard technical information when pages are requested, such as the browser type and the time of the visit. It is used to keep the site running and secure, and not to identify you.
Cookies & Web Beacons
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work, including two that record your cookie choices. The cookie banner lists every cookie and lets you review your choices at any time. The Google map of the areas we cover is served by Google under its own privacy policy, and Google may read or refresh its own preferences cookie where your browser allows it. If we add any other cookies, the banner will ask for your consent first.
Third Party Privacy Policies
Links to other sites, such as our Facebook page or WhatsApp, are covered by those companies’ own privacy policies, which you can read on their websites.
GDPR Data Protection Rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Call 087 354 0893 or email info@pavingdrivewaysdublin.ie. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
Children’s Information
This website is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
