New Drives From the Ground Up
A new driveway starts with taking the old one away completely. The surface and the tired base under it are dug out, the ground is levelled and a fresh stone sub-base is compacted in layers, so the new drive is not sitting on the problem the old one had.
Then you choose the finish. Block paving, resin bound stone, tarmac and gravel are all laid by us, and each suits a different look, budget and amount of upkeep, so the advice is about your drive rather than a favourite product.
Width, shape, drainage and the threshold at the front door are all settled at the free site visit, where samples of each surface are laid out so you can compare them in place.
